1994 founded as distributor for telecommunications and partner of Deutsche Telekom AG.

1999 absorbtion of Quante AG consumer department and structuring of an own development and manufacturing
         for telecommunication devices and PBX.

2002 absorbtion of whole PBX-manufacturing of Albert Ackermann GmbH & Co. KG (today: Honeywell).
         The manufacturing of ISDN-PBX is constituted in Dresden. At this location the production of other brands
         (e.g. France Telecom, KPN, Telecom Italia, Avaya Tenovis) takes place, too. Among the incorporated
         name „Teledoor“ we build high-quality intercoms, which can be installed in any housing and also in
         bancomats and parking ticket vending machines. Opening of a sales branch in the federal capital Berlin.

2003 split in two departments: manufacturing, distribution und foundation of an own marketing company for
         the Euracom product line: Euracom Kommunikationsgesellschaft mbH.
         First participation on fair: Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA) Berlin.

2006 EuraDECT – launch of an own DECT-line and a wireless telephone jack.

2007 absorbtion of the 60 years old tradition company Telebau Elektro- und Fernmeldetechnik GmbH
         in Waldeck, which produces PBX und terminals for SoHo-practices.
